'That was two years ago. It's boring for me now': Liverpool flop Loris Karius insists he has moved on from his blunders which cost Jurgen Klopp's side the 2018 Champions League final against Real Madrid

Loris Karius has insisted he has put his blunders that cost Liverpool the 2018 Champions League final against Real Madrid behind him.

The 27-year-old had a nightmare game as he gifted Karim Benzema an opening goal for the Spanish side before making a meal of an ambitious long-range strike from Gareth Bale to put the game beyond doubt.

Karius broke down in tears after the match and apologised to the Liverpool fans who had travelled to Kiev, but he was duly replaced that summer by Alisson, who has since helped the Reds to win the Premier League as well as Europe's greatest club prize.
