Roy Keane reveals his 'embarrassing' fitness levels are keeping him from taking part in legends games... and the Manchester United legend admits he struggles to run anymore just 16 years after hanging up his boots

Roy Keane reveals that his fitness levels have become 'embarrassing' since his retirement from football in 2006.

The 51-year-old claimed that his poor physical condition has prevented him from taking part in legends games alongside his former team-mates Gary Neville and David Beckham against the likes of Liverpool and Bayern Munich.

Keane, who captained United for several years before departing for Scottish giants Celtic, added that injury problems throughout his career make it difficult for him to run and he would struggle to keep up with the speed of a game.
