Saudi Arabian Pro League clubs are waiting to see if peace can be brokered between Mohamed Salah and Arne Slot before making any approach for the unhappy Liverpool forward.
Liverpool head coach Slot and Salah are expected to hold further talks over the next 48 hours in an effort to resolve the grievances the 33-year-old Egyptian so publicly aired after he was omitted from the first team squad last weekend.
Despite fevered speculation over his future, Liverpool maintain a stance that Salah only signed a new contract, worth in excess of £400,000 a week, months ago and expect him to see that out.
