Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana could yet feature in the club’s FA Cup third round tie with Wigan on Monday.
Onana has been selected for Cameroon’s African Cup of Nations squad but United manager Erik ten Hag has been vague about when the former Inter Milan and Ajax man would link up.
United are still to clarify the situation but it is understood Onana is still with his club.
Cameroon are in Saudi Arabia for a pre-tournament training camp, although most of Rigobert Song’s squad are not due to arrive until the early part of this week.
