Mohamed Salah doesn't say much off the pitch... but the Liverpool man is making plenty of noise on it as he prepares to face former club Chelsea

He won't speak. Before games or after games, it doesn't matter. Mohamed Salah is a man of few words with the media, someone who prefers to keep his distance.

It is a similar story within in the dressing room. Salah, his team-mates say, is personable and good company but he is not the type of individual to stand out from the crowd or the ring leader when it is time to be entertained.

But he stands out on the pitch. Liverpool's players knew that from the first training session he took part in back in July when they first saw that explosive change of gear and the dead-eye finishing.
