Furious LaLiga chief Javier Tebas has accused the owners of Manchester United and Liverpool of plotting with FIFA to 'destroy' football.

United's American owner Joel Glazer and Liverpool's John W Henry have been involved in drawing up plans for a European Super League worth £4.6billion.

The project initially had the backing of FIFA and would have been a rival to UEFA's Champions League but world football's governing body has since distanced itself from the plans.
