Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed that Brazilian forward Roberto Firmino is a doubt for Sunday’s match with Burnley.
The Reds will take on the Clarets at Anfield in the Premier League looking to put some pressure on those teams around them, all of which are involved in the FA Cup quarter-finals over the weekend. However, if they are to win, they may have to do it without Firmino, who has missed training this week, according to the Liverpool boss:
As relayed by James Pearce of the Liverpool Echo, the Reds manager also confirmed the match will come too soon for the injured duo of Jordan Henderson and Daniel Sturridge:
