Liverpool have reportedly had a €100 million bid for Kylian Mbappe rejected by Monaco.
According to Jose Felix Diaz of Marca, Reds manager Jurgen Klopp wants the Frenchman "at all costs," but their offer has fallen short of Monaco's valuation and the player himself will only leave for Real Madrid.

Per Jason Burt of the Sunday Telegraph, Monaco have already turned down an offer of €120 million from Los Blancos for the 18-year-old.
