Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is sweating on the fitness of Joel Matip, Ragnar Klavan and Lucas Leiva ahead of the clash with Crystal Palace at Anfield.
The trio have not trained this week due to injury and if none manage to make it, Klopp faces the prospect of giving 19-year-old Joe Gomez his first Premier League start since September 2015, having missed most of last season after a knee operation.
The former Charlton defender has featured in three FA Cup games for the Reds this term - twice v Plymouth in the third round and the other v Wolves.
