Lazar Markovic's miserable loan spell at Sporting Lisbon is set to be terminated, but the £20m flop is unlikely to be joining up with his parent club anytime soon.
Instead the 22-year-old could be linking up with Premier League strugglers Hull City for the rest of the season.
Marco Silva is believed to be an admirer, while Jurgen Klopp is happy to allow the Serbian winger to continue his development away from Liverpool.
Markovic has made just 11 appearances for the Primera Liga outfit this season and was sent out to Fenerbahce in the previous campaign.
