Jonas Hector has committed his future to Koln despite their impending relegation from the Bundesliga.
Hector, the German international left-back, has been linked with a transfer to Anfield since last summer, and it was expected the Reds would renew their interest in him at the end of this season.
talkSPORT.com have also reported on interest in the 27-year-old from Juventus and Bayern Munich, but no summer transfer will be going ahead.
Hector has committed his future to Koln by extending his contract until summer 2023, despite the club’s impending relegation from the top division of German football.
