Klopp watched on as his side triumphed 3-0 over Southampton in their FA Cup fifth round clash - with Jayden Danns and Lewis Koumas finding the net to wrap up a win.
A number of Liverpool's youngsters were given a run out at Anfield - given the Reds' mounting injury concerns - with Gomez one of the few senior players on the pitch.
The England international has never found the back of the net in his professional career but certainly tried to do so during Liverpool's win over the Saints.
