Jurgen Klopp accepts the blame for Liverpool's shock FA Cup defeat to Wolves: 'I am responsible for this performance 100 percent'

Jurgen Klopp has taken personal responsibility for Liverpool's shock FA Cup exit at the hands of Wolves.

Divock Origi pulled one back for the hosts with five minutes remaining but it proved to be too little, too late as the Championship club held out for a famous win.
