John Arne Riise is back out and about after the car crash that saw him and his 19-year-old daughter recently released from hospital.
The former Liverpool defender explained that both him and his daughter, Ariana, were 'fine and released from hospital' on Wednesday morning following a car crash the night before. The pair were on the way back to Alesund, having been to Tonsberg, when Riise was forced to swerve off the road, hitting his car into the railings at the side of the road.
Riise has now posted an image to his Instagram of himself along with the caption: 'Enjoying the sun on a hiking trip.
