Joe Gomez continued on his path to full recovery with a standout display as Liverpool Under 23s drew 0-0 with Derby at Pride Park.
The defender completed a second 90 minutes in the space of five days having returned to action against Burnley's youngsters last week.
Prior to that game the 19-year-old had not featured since October 2015 when he suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury playing for England U21s.
Gomez played as one of three centre-backs, alongside Mamadou Sakho and Tiago Ilori, as the Reds failed to make their dominance count on Monday night.
