James Milner is set to LEAVE Liverpool after eight years at the club in one of four high-profile summer departures... with Roberto Firmino, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita also heading for Anfield exits as Jurgen Klopp rebuilds

James Milner will leave Liverpool at the end of the season after the club confirmed their vice-captain will be one of four departures.

Milner has proven to be one of the best pieces of transfer business in Liverpool’s history, arriving on a Bosman in the summer of 2015 but going on to win seven major trophies, the highlights being the 2019 Champions League and the 2020 Premier League.

It has long been anticipated that the 38-year-old would depart – it is expected he will join Brighton – but, still, it represents the fact this will be changing of the guard at Anfield, as Milner will be joined by Roberto Firmino, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita in leaving.
