Due to essential repairs being undertaken on the M6 between junctions six and eight to the north west of Birmingham there will be night-time closures of this section of the motorway.
On Saturday and Sunday, the M6 northbound will be restricted to one operational lane during the daytime – so delays can be expected from 7am to 8pm each day.
There will also be daytime restrictions from the A34 and onto the northbound slip road at junction seven.
