'I have no plans beyond that': Jurgen Klopp admits he only thought he would be a manager for 25 years when he started his career... and when his Liverpool contract ends in 2024, he will have been in dugout for nearly 24!

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed that he only thought he would be a manager for 25 years when he started his coaching career.

Klopp took his first steps into management with Mainz in 2001 and will have been coaching for over 23 years when his current Liverpool contract expires in 2024.

The 53-year-old stressed that at present he doesn't have any plans beyond his Liverpool contract.
