It comes after he picked up a head injury against Liverpool on Sunday and had to be treated on the pitch, following a collision with Kostas Tsimikas' elbow.

The Brazil international did not suffer a concussion and was able to continue briefly, but was later replaced by Eddie Nketiah in the Gunners' 3-2 win.
