Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was in Istanbul last night to continue talks with Turkish side Besiktas.
The 29-year-old is without a club after he left Liverpool following the end of his contract this summer.
A number of sides, including Premier League side Brentford, and an unnamed Saudi club, have been linked with moves for the midfielder who has won 35 caps for his country.
However, it looks as if he is on his way to play in the Turkish Super Lig, with the player in Turkey as they look to wrap up a move.
