Football supporters shouldn't have a problem when a manager gets an offer to move

Martin 'Mad Dog' Allen returns with his latest column for Sportsmail. This month he discusses fan reaction surrounding his move to Eastleigh, his life as a Kenny Dalglish lookalike and how beer is fuelling Chelsea's chase for the title.

Football supporters complain left, right and centre if their team are not winning or playing well and want the manager sacked. When they do go — which nowadays is fairly often — not one supporter has a moment or thought of any empathy for the man himself.
