Aurelio and co sink United (2009)
Liverpool came from behind to record a truly memorable 4-1 win over United on their own patch. Coming into the game on the back of the 4-0 trouncing of Real Madrid in the Champions League, the Reds played some outstanding football. Cristiano Ronaldo gave the hosts the lead from the penalty spot, only for Fernando Torres to run through and level the score. Steven Gerrard continued the turnaround, making it 2-1 with a spot-kick, and in the second half his clear run through on goal was halted by Nemanja Vidic.
