Ex-Liverpool defender Jon Flanagan jokingly asks when the club's 2013-14 'bus parade' will be amid Manchester City being charged by the Premier League for over 100 alleged financial rule breaches

Former Liverpool defender Jon Flanagan has jokingly asked when Liverpool's belated 2013-14 title parade might be after the announcement of Manchester City being charged with over 100 alleged financial rule breaches.

The Premier League announced on Monday morning that they had charged City with financial rule breaches related to the period from 2009-10 to 2017-18, with the club also facing charges for the period from 2018-19 inclusive to the present day for failing to cooperate with the league's investigation. They are facing charges for 113 breaches in total.

The case will now be referred to the Premier League's - independent - judicial panel made up of various retired or sitting judges, barristers and football administrators who will adjudicate on the alleged rule breaches.
