'English refs are TERRIBLE': Supporters fume as Premier League officials fail to spot a clear back-pass in Fulham's clash with Leeds as no indirect free-kick is awarded after Tim Ream's pass is picked up by his goalkeeper Bernd Leno

Social media has once again slammed English refereeing for missing a clear and obvious error in Saturday's early Premier League kick-off between Fulham and Leeds.

Relegation-threatened Leeds travelled to Craven Cottage attempting to put their midweek 6-1 hammering by Liverpool behind them against a Fulham side striving for the league's European places.

Javi Gracia's side have lost their last two matches, conceding 11 goals in the process, and would have been hoping for an early sniff at goal and any opportunity to test Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno.

They should have got that just after the 20-minute mark as Fulham defender Tim Ream passed back to Leno who then picked the ball up inside his box.
