Curtis Jones hopes his display at Chelsea on Tuesday night was the beginning of a strong run of form and opportunities.
The 22-year-old made a first start since November in Liverpool's goalless draw at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.
Nothing could separate the two sides in the nip-and-tuck encounter in the capital, with Jones pleased to get 79 minutes under his belt on his return to Jürgen Klopp's XI.
"I was decent," the Scouser assessed in a post-match interview with Liverpoolfc.com. "I've been out for, say, 15 weeks and it's been an up-and-down time.
"I was steady, I was keeping the ball, I wasn't trying to do too much.
