Back to school for LFC Foundation

After a busy summer of holiday camps and events, the club’s official charity is heading back to school to work with a record number of children across the region.

Ten additional schools from the Anfield area have joined forces with the Foundation this academic year, meaning more than 5,000 local children will now be engaged in activities through its Premier League Primary Stars (PLPS) programme, building on the organisation’s work with local schools over the last 10 years.

Andrea Cooper, head of the LFC Foundation, said: “This is a fantastic programme and we are delighted to be bringing PLPS into even more local classrooms this year.
