Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain started the New Year with a gym session as he nears a return from a serious injury.
The England international suffered damage to his cruciate, medial and lateral ligaments in his right knee during the first leg of the Champions League semi-final against Roma in April.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admitted that Oxlade-Chamberlain was ahead of schedule in his recovery, having initially been expected to miss the vast majority of the season.

The former Arsenal man started running outside again in December and is set to begin full first team training in February.
