Tottenham Hotspur are preparing to submit their opening offer for Leicester City star James Maddison this week, according to reports.
Ange Postecoglou has targetted the England international as one of his priority targets for the summer transfer window.
And, according to The Telegraph, Spurs will submit their first bid for the midfielder this week as they wish to 'thrash out a deal' with Leicester.
However, the Foexes will demand up to £60million for Maddison, the report continues.
Spurs are said to be winning to pay an initial £40million as they look to reach a compromise.
