Tottenham are set to table a formal offer for Leicester attacker James Maddison in the region of £45million.
And there is growing confidence at the club that Tottenham will complete the signing of priority target Maddison.
Personal terms have already been verbally agreed, with Maddison set to earn £170,000 a week.
Incoming head coach Ange Postecoglou has identified the Leicester midfielder as a key transfer during the window, and the club are believed to have previously tabled an offer to sign both Maddison and his Foxes' team-mate Harvey Barnes.
