This is the shocking moment a man holding a jerry can poured liquid over a car before setting it alight and punching another man during a furious row.
The incident, which happened in Walton Street in Leicester, came after two men got into an argument in a nearby restaurant on March 8, locals claim.
The home CCTV footage shows two men walking towards the line of cars parked on the street in the East Midlands town.
Locals say that one of the vehicles belonged to one of the men.
