Craig Shakespeare is aiming for talks with Riyad Mahrez over his Leicester future but plans to tell the winger that any lack of commitment in training will see him dropped.
Mahrez issued a public statement declaring his desire to leave at the start of the summer but so far no bids have been received by Leicester and Shakespeare is keeping on open mind on him staying.
Arsenal are interested in signing the former PFA Player of the Year but Leicester’s valuation is close to £50million and suitors have so far been reluctant to pay that price.

Mahrez reported back for pre-season on Friday and will travel with Leicester to Austria and then Hong Kong for the Premier League Asia Trophy against Liverpool, Crystal Palace and West Bromwich Albion.
