Ben Arfa, the former Newcastle and Hull player, has been frozen out at PSG with the arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe and it is understood the French club would be open to a loan move.
Puel took Ben Arfa to Nice in 2015 and he enjoyed the finest season of his career, scoring 18 goals to earn an international recall with France.
