Leicester have confirmed the signing of Brazilian winger Mateus Tete on a short-term deal until June 2023.
The Shakhtar Donetsk star, who has been on loan at Ligue 1 club Lyon so far this campaign, will now join the Foxes for the next six months before his contract with the Ukrainian outfit reactivates this summer.
Should Brendan Rodgers wish to bring in the 22-year-old permanently, the club will have to enter new negotiations with Shakhtar this summer once his contract renews.
