Leicester have rejected an improved £25million bid from Bournemouth for winger Demarai Gray.
Eddie Howe is now weighing up a deadline day attempt to prise the 21-year-old away from the King Power Stadium but it would take a significantly increased offer. Howe saw an initial bid of £20m dismissed earlier in the window.
Leicester’s Thai owners are adamant that given his age and promise, combined with a contract that has three years to run, Gray is worth a considerable amount in the current market.

Gray wants more first-team football having started only 10 Premier League matches since joining from Birmingham in a £3.
