Leicester City have been approached by Dutch club De Graafschap to take hotshot Layton Ndukwu on loan next month.
The 19-year-old is viewed as one of the brightest prospects in the country and has been offered the opportunity to join the Eerste Divisie club until the end of the season.
De Graafschap head coach Henk de Jong ran the rule over the forward last week as Ndukwu lined up against Manchester United Under 23s.
The England youth international has been tipped to make the first team breakthrough at the King Power Stadium in the coming months.
