To all those people now hoping Leicester should be relegated – just one question. Imagine for a second you are the owner of this club. It seems the players have stopped playing for Claudio Ranieri. You have a Champions League match and relegation to worry about. You have two choices. Will you remove the manager who it will cost a maximum of £10m to replace, or will you take a financial hit by getting relegated, selling the ‘bad’ players off, then hoping Ranieri gets the right players to bring the club back up to the Premier League? This is such an easy question that even a 10th grader could note the financial pros and cons.
Jurgen Klopp was right - there's no such thing as player power, just weak owners... Roy Hodgson wouldn't be a candidate to replace Claudio Ranieri if Leicester were aiming for the stars
