By knocking his former club Fleetwood out of the FA Cup, Leicester have set up Jamie Vardy for a date with one of the first graduates from his V9 Academy.
Leicester beat Fleetwood 2-0 at the King Power in a replay on Tuesday and will travel to Peterborough in the Fourth Round where Vardy could come face-to-face with Alex Penny.
Right-back Penny joined the Posh from Nuneaton Town in July last year after his impressive performances at the V9 academy established by Vardy to help amateur footballers emulate his rise from the depths of non-league to the top.
