I sit here in my office feeling depressed in the aftermath of Claudio Ranieri being sacked on Thursday night.
It came as a total shock to me. I was out with the family having a nice meal and checked my phone to see various news flashes and comments from fellow Leicester fans and I immediately thought it was a prank.
I had to open up Facebook to check on the official site that it was true. My heart sank. Really how could they? That was my first reaction, swiftly followed by anger and bewilderment.
How could my beloved Leicester City do this to such a lovely man?
