Leicester have disciplined Demarai Gray after he posted a video online of himself inhaling what is believed to be laughing gas from a balloon.
Gray was criticised by the club for 'poor judgement' over the incident, which occurred in the hours after Leicester's Boxing Day defeat by Everton, according to the Sunday Mirror.
The 20-year-old filmed himself sucking from a balloon, the usual method of taking nitrous oxide — also known as hippy crack — which can cause death by suffocation.
Gray made the clip public on social media platform Snapchat, which suggests he did not understand the potential gravity of the situation.
