Claudio Ranieri has warned against rushing players back to training before it is safe after one of his Sampdoria players twice tested positive for coronavirus.
The Serie A club were one of the hardest hit by the virus with several players and staff members testing positive.
And the former Leicester City boss believes there is not yet enough information about the illness to ensure player safety.

'We had a player who tested positive, then negative, and after he started training at home again, he tested positive once more' he told RAI Radio 1 (via Football Italia).
