Claudio Ranieri has revealed his attempts to ignite Riyad Mahrez's form are continuing with pep talks — but the Algerian remains uncertain of how to recapture his influence of last season.
Mahrez was crowned PFA Player of the Year after scoring 17 times and producing 11 assists in 2015-16, but this campaign has only found the net through converting three penalties, while laying on just two goals.
The 25-year-old is expected to be rested against Derby County in the FA Cup on Wednesday night ahead of Sunday's crucial clash at Swansea.

And Ranieri said his player is still searching for the right approach to help lift Leicester from their relegation troubles.
