Chelsea have recalled Cesare Casadei from his loan at Championship leaders Leicester City following the youngster's short-term spell at the King Power stadium.
The 21-year-old has had his loan ended by the Blues who will now bring the midfielder back to Stamford Bridge to fight for a place in Mauricio Pochettino's first-team.
Casadei made 25 appearances in all competitions for the Foxes this season and scoring three goals in the process as Leicester continue to star at the top of the Championship standings.
Having joined Chelsea in a £12.6m move from Inter Milan two-years ago, Casadei is yet to make his senior debut for Chelsea but has made 13 appearances for the club's under-21 side.
