Chelsea and Leicester in a stand-off over transfer of Danny Drinkwater with Antonio Conte's side hoping to shave £10m off the Foxes' £40m valuation

Chelsea and Leicester City are £10million apart over the signing of Danny Drinkwater.

The Premier League champions have offered a deal worth £30million for the England international midfielder and Leicester are pushing to get their £40m valuation.

The clubs held talks last Friday and discussions are ongoing with 27-year-old Drinkwater keen to move to Stamford Bridge.
