Khalil Mack‘s contract extension may begin to start picking up movement by the end of the week. CBS Sports’s Jason La Canfora has reported that he would expect the Los Angeles Rams and Aaron Donald to have agreed on a new contract.
One of the main factors that has stalled contract negotiations with Mack and the Raiders is Aaron Donald. Donald’s holdout has been a enormous speed bump with negotiations for the two sides. Mack’s camp does not want to be signed before the Rams extend Donald. This will ensure the highest money grab for Mack since he can use Donald’s contract as leverage to squeeze more money out of the Raiders.
