Every time we update our mock draft database, the most picked player to go to the Raiders is Georgia linebacker Roquan Smith. The Raiders need linebackers and picks 9 (49ers) and 10 (Raiders) have been the range many have figured he would go. But in Brett Kollmann’s recent breakdown he says not only might he not be the best choice for the Raiders but he could be in for a slide well outside the top ten.
Many have seen Smith as a pure middle linebacker. Kollmann does not.
