The first surprise cut has come down. One time projected to start, veteran linebacker Brandon Marshall is now unemployed according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

The veteran former Broncos linebacker was hoping to live a dream of his to play for the Raiders when they take the field in his hometown of Las Vegas in 2020. This cut doesn’t eliminate that possibility, but he would need to be re-signed in order for it to happen.
