It’s widely believed that Mark Davis and the Raiders will get enough “yes” votes from fellow NFL voters next week to push a Las Vegas relocation down the tracks.
But we decided to take a closer look at the individuals holding those votes to ascertain what they might be thinking. It will take nine “no” votes from the 32 owners to scuttle the move from Oakland.
