Rich Bisaccia is one of three head coaches to lead the Las Vegas Raiders to the playoffs in the last 20 years and the first interim head coach to do so in NFL history, but that wasn’t enough for Mark Davis to retain him.
It was reported yesterday that the Raiders will hire New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels as the team’s next head coach, ending Bisaccia’s short but successful run.
Over the last few weeks, players had been vocal about their preferred choice to lead them moving forward, Bisaccia, so it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that a lot of those same voices took to social media to thank their now former leader.
