Justin is the son of former 14-year NFL linebacker Jessie Tuggle who played his entire career with the Atlanta Falcons, making the Pro Bowl 5 times and retiring in 2000.
Justin played his first three seasons in the NFL with the Texans, appearing in 42 games and starting 11.
