There is a new head coach in town. He is Jack Del Rio and he brings almost an entirely new staff along with him.
Offense
Heading up the offensive coaches is offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave. Other coaches include:

QB coach Todd Downing
RB coach Bernie Parmalee
WR coach Rob Moore
TE coach Bobby Johnson
Ponder currently leads that battle and has the familiarity with Bill Musgrave giving him an advantage.
